This success laid the foundation for Block & Barker.
Combining an MBA education, a decade of real estate management experience, and a passion for real estate investing, Pete focuses on guest experience, short-term management operations, financials, and business development. His commitment to service and building trust with every guest and client is the cornerstone of our success.

Now a member of the Gino Bello Homes Team, a top-performing brokerage at Houlihan Lawrence, Georgie leverages her skills in interior design, marketing, and photography to elevate every property we manage.
