Fulfillment Policy

Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. All transactions are considered final once completed.

Delivery Policy: Our services are exclusively consulting and short-term rentals. As such, there are no physical products to deliver. All service details will be communicated directly to clients.

Return Policy: All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any services rendered or reservations made. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain service quality and availability.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the reservation date. This policy ensures availability and proper scheduling. Exceptions are made only where explicitly outlined in individual short-term rental agreements. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of any payments made.
